Flower:
1/2"-3/4" irregular flower with 5 pale blue petals. Center of petals paler than ends. Bottom three petals veined. Side two petals bearded. Top two petals overlap.
Leaves:
Triangular with 10+ teeth in upper third of leaf.
Plant:
Stemless violet. Leaves and flower grow on stalks growing from underground roots.
General Comments:
Very similar to the Missouri Violet but the leaves are more toothed.
