Flower:
1/2" light blue two lipped flowers. The upper lip has 2 lobes, the lower 3. The flowers form an elongated spike.
Leaves:
2" rounded lanceolate basal rosette leaves. Smaller leaves without stalks grow up the spike.
Plant:
1-4' tall with no branches.
General Comments:
Grows well in a variety of conditions from moist bogs to dry fields.

General Comments:
Two varieties occur in the area one with clasping leaves and one with non-clasping stalkless leaves.
