Flowers:

Combinations of disk and ray flowers. Ray flowers have a flattened strap shaped corolla. Disk flowers have small tube like corolla. Flowers may be a combination of all ray, all disk or a combination of both. Disk flowers form a disk shaped radially symmetric head which may be surrounded by the larger ray flowers. Disk only flowers include Yarrow. Ray only flowers include dandelions.. Combination flowers include sunflowers and aster.

Fruit:

Single hard shelled seed, nut-like.

Leaves:

Variety, simple or compound, opposite or alternate.

Plant:

Herb, shrub or vine.
